Storm Damage Assessment

Unfortunately Mother Nature does not disseminate as to where or when she unleashes her wrath in the form of hurricanes, tornadoes, or hail. SRC performed and provides storm damage assessment reports for many of our established clients to aid with possible insurance claims. In many cases we perform storm damage assessments in conjunction with the building owners' insurance adjusters.

SRC is uniquely experienced and equipped to enter a storm damaged areas and provide quick and precise on-site roof evaluations.

Environmental Services

We thoroughly inspect property and buildings for environmental contamination to give owners and lenders the information required to make sound investment decisions.

Phase I Environmental Assessments are performed following ASTM guidelines

	Testing for asbestos, lead-based paint or radon upon request
	When asbestos is identified, prepare operations and maintenance plans or supervise asbestos removal
	Thorough investigations of possible soil and groundwater contamination
	Preparation of Environmental Impact Reports (EIR) relative to contemplated development projects
	Monitoring and closure of abatement operations

Review of existing environmental assessment to evaluate the appropriateness of the scope of work, compliance with local practice/regulation, thoroughness of the report, and standard of care.
