Our Roof Asset Management Program takes into consideration all options to continue and prolong the service life. Upon completion of a roof survey and initial set-up in the (RAMP), annual or bi-annual inspections are done to monitor the performance of the roof assembly. The roof top inspection provides owners with preventative maintenance items required to achieve maximum service life, along with pertinent budget to do so.
